Autumnal Season in the Airbnb Industry
Autumnal season - the chimney is emanating bounds of heat while you hold in your hands a steaming cup of hot chocolate, adorned with mounds of blankets; the Quaking aspen and Vine Maple trees are displaying their coats of bountiful colors - you wander into the outskirts of your Airbnb to the patio and cozy up with a fall read in your lap. All of these are experiences we, as hosts and co-hosts, may provide our adventure-seeking guests, visitors who enjoy and find pleasure in experiences dissimilar from their daily routines - experiences new and exciting.
Drawing itself in, Autumn becomes a time when I officially ready myself as an Airbnb co-host to change some aspects of my vacation properties - bringing in blankets in the autumnal colors of warm oranges and Oaky greens, which flawlessly seam themselves into the outside scenery, bringing in the warmth of the season into the property. I incorporate design elements that similarly fit in with the season and other vital additions, such as hot chocolate and tea, to aid our visitors with the cold and ever-decreasing temperatures. Ensuring that the chimney and heat devices are in service is another vital aspect of a qualitative guest experience. The autumnal, or harvest season, brings forth many related activities, such as Corn Mazes, Apple Picking, and Winery Tours. So, I always concoct a booklet for guests to include all autumnal events occurring in Georgia. All seasons bring along many opportunities to satisfy our guests so that they feel that they have arrived at their home away from home.
Within such an industry, hosts and co-hosts should remember to work constantly to ensure the success of every new project they embark on, as the Airbnb and vacation home industries are every day more alluring and competitive, forever keeping guests on their feet with new incorporation in design and ingenuity. As hosts and co-hosts, we must always remain attentive to any arising novelties.
